Lights Back On In West Oahu

(Oahu, HI) — The lights are finally back on along the H-1 between Kapolei and Kunia. Drivers have been in the dark for years after copper thieves tore out nearly three miles of wiring. Officials say the damage was the result of a copper theft ring, which is responsible for stealing more the 72-thousand pounds of copper from the H-1
